Brian Selvan has been providing excellent and practical legal services to companies and individual clients for almost 20 years. During his career, Brian has developed both transactional and litigation expertise and has worked closely with senior executives. Brian’s significant law firm and in-house experiences provide him with a unique insight into how best to meet his clients’ legal needs. Before joining Walraven & Westerfeld LLP, Brian worked in-house as Vice-President and Senior Attorney at NextWave Broadband Inc. (the operating entity for publicly traded NextWave Wireless Inc.). Prior to moving in-house, Brian was Counsel at O’Melveny and Myers LLP in the Labor and Employment Department.

- Representing “C-level” executives in the negotiation and drafting of complex Executive Employment Agreements, including multi-million dollar equity and bonus provision.
- Representing large national manufacturing client with respect to collective bargaining negotiations and various unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board.
